We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Realtor Agent who is dedicated to conducting impactful research to support our mission.
Informed decision-making, based on both qualitative and quantitative data, is essential for our real estate teams. Therefore, you will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, such as understanding client needs, addressing pain points, and uncovering preferences. You will also play a crucial role in selecting the most suitable research methods and synthesizing insights to inform the entire team effectively.
In the short term, you will:
Crafting a compelling real estate case study involves illustrating the design journey through engaging narratives:
- Acquaint yourself with our platforms, branding, and operational procedures.
- Engage in Ongoing Exploration Practices, coaching colleagues on qualitative research methodologies.
- Take charge of your own exploration and conduct interviews with clients to grasp their challenges, aspirations, and needs.
- Direct research initiatives to identify existing pain points among clients and visualize optimal future interactions.
What you bring to the table:
- 4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Research Proficient in conducting research using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Analytical, data-driven, and exceptionally detail-oriented Highly collaborative and empathetic, with a passion for connecting with and supporting clients and team members
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and available to work during US hours Preferred: Experience in quantitative analysis and data interpretation in a real estate context
